Bernie Clark has done it again!!His newest book, “Your Spine Your Yoga”, is the book I’ve been wanting for!It is well written, thoroughly researched, and expertly explained! It’s a perfect balance of science and application, as well as practical and humorous. And that’s hard to do in a book mainly about alignment and anatomy.This book is for all practitioners and teachers of yoga, from all styles of yoga including; Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and more.Trust me, you need this book!And you also need “Your Body Your Yoga”.Bernie’s books are required reading in many of my Yoga Training Prograns, and we are all truly lucky to have this resource!!!

I love Bernie Clark's yin yoga book but this is not that! I'm not sure what I was expecting when I bought this book but its just too technical for me. I was hoping for a book similar to previous yin books but this is an anatomy textbook. I wanted a book informed by yin yoga that would help me as a teacher (i.e., sequencing, keeping students safe, postural cues, and benefits). This book might be a good book for doctors, but its not helpful for me as a yoga teacher. This book has too much detail for me (and I say that as not only a yoga teacher, but a full time scientist who has studied anatomy in college). I'm bummed out that I have to pay $6 for a return label..

I love all the books written by Bernie Clark, especially this trilogy series. His writings and data are all scientifically well backed up (tons of reference pages) and well organized. I followed "How to read this book" and read what I need for my practices and teaching instead of cover to cover (it's great amount of information and could be intimidating!). Lots of good technique that we can offer in the class and my favorite is "Nerve Flossing!" I cannot wait for the next book from Bernie!

In depth information with good pictures to support the descriptions. I especially like the sections marked as "note to teachers". The language is clear to anyone even with no medical background. This is second book in the series. I have the first one - Your Body Your Yoga, and it's just as great.

Comprehensive and well written. I love it!

I so love this book!It has great depth of information and it is a beautiful book.Thank you so much for creating such a great book for all of us.

Rich information about the anatomical differences between people and considerations that should be made accordingly.Looking forward to subsequent volumes!

I deeply value Bernie Clark’s work, but the kindle edition I purchased is missing figures. I've requested a refund.
